Demonstrates startup, operation, and shutdown of a 5-ton truck equipped with the Guideline™ tether. The Guideline system uses the length and angle of a tether attached to a leader vehicle to calculate the path of the leader vehicle. The Guideline-equipped vehicle then travels along that same path. (It travels like a train, not a trailer.) The Guideline system works in all conditions, and is much more reliable than vision-based following approaches.
